CBCA Workshops

On October 24, the first CBCA workshop themed on “Climate Change and Business Development” was held in Shenzhen. Attended by nearly 100 participants from enterprises, NGOs, colleges and universities from Guangdong, Shandong, Beijing and other places in China, the workshop was supported by the Climate Reality Project, Shenzhen Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation, Vanke Group, Vanke Foundation, Paulson Institute, WWF China, Weather China, BYD, Wal-Mart and other institutions and
enterprises.
On November 22, the second CBCA workshop themed on “Business Risks and Opportunities Brought by Climate Change” was held in Beijing. The workshop was co-organized by C Team, China Center for International Economic Exchanges, Paulson Institute, and Carbon Trust. Tom Delay, CEO of Carbon Trust, attended the workshop and discussed the significance of science- based emission reduction targets for business transformation.
